Adventure awaits us!

Dallas, Oz, and I will be moving! I cannot believe I have been in the Portland area for over seven years, the time has flown by. I have made great and irreplaceable friends who are really more like my family than anything else. I will miss them more than I can say, and I know Dallas and Oz feel the same.
Our next adventure takes us to Laramie, Wyoming. "Why Laramie?", you ask! It is because I have finally become a Kindergarten teacher after all these years of school, hard work, and subbing.
I know it wil be a big change, I love Portland and Oregon so much, but we will see what Wyoming has to offer. I will be moving in just a few days and have no home yet to move to! It is scary, exciting, nerve racking, and many more emotions all rolled into one. So, as I sit here a half packed apartment around me, I am preparing the three of us for our next journey.
I plan to keep up the blog (I know I have said this many times before, but life will be full of things to write about!) and keep you all informed of my life as it unfolds in Wyoming.

Warm Spring Night

I haven't posted in awhile but I just thought I should write down how wonderful the weather was today. There is nothing like a warm spring night that reminds you of summer. It has darkened, but you can still feel the warmth in the air and breath in the sweet smells of twilight. I hope this weather sticks around for awhile!

School Financial Aid

So it's official, I'll get to go to school and pay for it!!!! YAY!! I just got my financial aid form from George Fox University today saying that I can have loans. (Which really just means that I can pay them back in a few years, but oh well!) Dallas and Oz will be able to eat while I'm becoming more educated!

Dallas the poor hungry dog! :)

Halloween!

Dallas Pre-Costume

Lobster Dog!

Bug pulling Sammy's tail!

Bug as A Lady Bug!

After all the planning, scheming, and trying to figure out what to do for Halloween, Nathan and I decided to take it easy. We dressed up Dallas as a lobster and went Trick or Treating to a couple houses, and then came home watched Ghost Hunters Live and passed out on the couch! Good thing we have DVR because I only saw about 50 minutes of the show before being woken up and heading to bed! I got to watch all the good stuff today! All I have to say is Wednesday's episode of GH will be interesting.
